Tosylmethyl isocyanide (TosMIC), known as van Leusen’s reagent is a powerful and versatile synthon which has become a classical reagent for the construction of 1,3-azoles and pyrroles, as well as fused heterocycles. In this new webinar AtlanChim Pharma, we will illustrate various TosMIC applications through recent examples from medicinal chemistry.

As usual, I will be happy to present this work to you and answer all your questions! We therefore give you an appointment on Thursday, December 7 at 3.00 p.m.

Our expert

His current research activity concerns the synthesis of biologically active molecules, natural or not, in the fields of cancer, viral pathologies and neurodegenerative diseases, through academic and industrial collaborations. He is also strongly involved in the understanding of biological mechanisms through the synthesis of molecules selectively labeled by non-radioactive isotopes.
